Nitrided coating (black) VAPO The nitrided coating is oxidized at high temperature and has a dark black color. After the chemical element Fe3O4 is subjected to a precise special heat treatment, an oxide layer (Fe3O4) is formed on the surface. The thickness of the oxide layer is about 5-10 microns and the surface hardness is about 800-900HV. 0.65. This kind of saw blade has good surface smoothness, which helps to enhance the self-moistening ability of the saw blade, and the phenomenon of the saw blade getting stuck by the material can be avoided to a certain extent. Used for cutting general materials. It is widely used in the market because of its mature processing technology and high cost performance.

After PVD nitride treatment, the thickness of the saw blade coating is about 2-4 microns, its surface hardness is about 2200-2400HV, friction coefficient: 0.55, cutting temperature: 520℃, this saw blade can greatly improve the use time of the saw blade, in order to make full use of its characteristics, so the cutting speed should be increased to reflect its value. The main function of this coating is to make the saw blade more resistant to cutting. For the cutting of general materials, its excellent performance can effectively improve the cutting speed and reduce the loss.

Chromium nitride coating (Super coating for short) CrN This coating is particularly resistant to bonding, corrosion and oxidation. Saw blade coating thickness 2-4 microns, surface hardness: 1800HV, cutting temperature is lower than 700℃, color is metallic gray. It is highly recommended for cutting copper and titanium. The coating process has no impact on the environment. Suitable for cutting copper, aluminum and other materials, with high coating density and surface hardness, and relatively low friction factor in all coatings.

TIALN is a new multilayer anti-wear coating. The saw blade treated with multilayer PVD coating achieves a very low friction coefficient, with surface hardness of about 3000-3300HV, friction coefficient: 0.35, oxidation temperature: 450℃, this saw blade can make the cutting surface is very smooth, saw blade more wear-resistant, recommended cutting speed and feed speed is relatively high and cutting tensile strength of more than 800 N/mm2 of materials, such as stainless steel, used in particularly harsh working conditions.

Titanium aluminum nitride coating (referred to as super A coating) ALTIN This is a new multilayer composite anti-wear coating, this coating thickness of 2-4 microns, surface hardness: 3500HV, friction coefficient: 0.4, the cutting temperature is lower than 900℃, the recommended cutting speed and feed speed is relatively high and the cutting tensile strength of more than 800 N/mm2 of materials (such as stainless steel), in particularly harsh working conditions such as dry cutting. Because of the toughness and good physical stability of the titanium aluminum nitride coating itself, the saw blade is more wear-resistant, suitable for cutting all steel, because of its low friction coefficient and low thermal conductivity, especially suitable for high-speed and high temperature dry cutting. Titanium carbon nitride coating (bronze) TICN This is a suitable coating for more demanding anti-wear requirements. It is recommended to cut materials with tensile strength exceeding 800 N/mm2. The coating thickness is 3 microns, the friction coefficient is 0.45, the oxidation temperature is 875℃, the surface hardness is about 3300-3500HV. It is suitable for cutting high-strength steel such as stainless steel, but also for cutting soft materials such as cast iron, aluminum alloy, brass and copper. Because of its low friction coefficient and low thermal conductivity, it is especially suitable for dry cutting at high speed and high temperature.
